It's my dad and brother's birthday today
My lil brother was born on my dad's birthday, 13 years ago. ;-) Cannot believe that child is thirteen. It's just WRONG. ....Plus he looks a lot younger than he is, so....yeah.
I had fun at my grandparents' house last week! Went swimming every day. Fell in the lake one day. It was totally Elyse's fault. We were going to take the paddleboat out, and she lowered it into the water and was all, "Okay, get in." So I put one foot on the boat, with the other still on the dock, and then the boat started floating away from me, so I fell off the dock and into the water. Elyse laughed hysterically. And when I told my grandma I fell in, she just turned around and walked away smirking.
It was pretty funny, though. XD
Next week is Leadership Lab, a Lutheran camp I go to every year. I've got a few good friends from there, though I really only keep in touch with one girl throughout the year. I met her on my very first day at Lab three years ago. We were besties before we even knew each other's names. XD This'll be my 4th and possibly last year there, which is kinda sad to think about, but I'm expecting a smaller group in my year there....everyone will be getting ready for college and all. =/
I also may or may not see this guy I may or may not still have a crush on. =/ Sigh. He was in my group two years ago and I had a huge crush on him....the next year (last year) I thought I was over that. HAHA OH HELL NO. XD Oh well. We'll see. I hope he's there anyway, but it seems like he's been really busy so he may not. Whatever.
Fandom-wise, I've been plowing through this same Zoe chapter for weeks. I guess I haven't had as much time to work on it due to my busy summer, but still. BUT I'm getting to the Bela stuff, so this is fun. =D
