(no subject)
I've decided that it's time for an update...since I don't really know how long it's been since the last time I posted.
Well, I believe most of you know that my beagle, Daisy, was put to sleep a few weeks ago. She had some variety of malignant cancer and when I had to start taking her up and down the stairs because she couldn't lift her hind legs high enough, i knew that she wasn't going to be around much longer. She has been around since I was only 4 or 5 and so she's been there basically my whole life, and it's a really weird, empty feeling to come home and not hear the pitpat of her nails on the kitchen floor. I'm sorry, i'll stop with this here, I just haven't really been able to talk to anyone about this and how it still bothers me. I don't know how to deal with losing something that I shared love with and that has been there every step of the way.
Anyway, *whew* in less than two weeks I'm recording the audition video for CCM at school, and like...2 or 3 weeks after that i'm going to CCM to auditon for musical theatre. (pray for me) also, i haven't completely finished submitting other applications yet so that is my plan for the weekend. i'm really worried about getting all this college stuff done on time...cuz i can't start somethings until i finish other things and i can't do those other things except for when i've scheduled them...not to mention i have to have logged 20 hours of work with my mentor by like, november 18th...i haven't started the reading yet, even though i do have plenty of time left..i should start soon....my ccm audition is a month away and i haven't decided on two songs yet. uhm...and lots of other stuff......
Woody and I made some major progress today! even after I said that i didn't want to go to my lesson...we got me ringing a respectable high C today and we're still working to find where I'll top out...personally I'm hoping for like...F or G above that
Uhm...i'm getting bored of sitting here and talking about myself, but maybe I'll add later..
