Lookin For Thilbo Fic *FOUND*

Im looking for a fic taht im pretty sure is bilbo thorin. It may have been a fem!Bilbo. I cant remmeber if it wss on ffnet or ao3. What i do remmebe is. For some reason Bilbo no longer owned bag end after his parents died. He often wrote books as well as retsored them i think. When the dwarves show up despite not being as well to do as he was he still feeds them pretty well. As they were leaving the shire with bilbo who agrees to go they had to stop so bilbo could hand over his final work of a book to a hobbit who tried cheating him out of an agreed upon price. Balin being a Master Scribe apparently recognized how good Bilbos workmanship was and managed to somehow guilt or con the hobbit int a fair price for the work bilbo had done. Thats all i remember other than Bilbo ended up being adopted by either Balin or Oin. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I couldve sworn inhad bookmarked the fic but cant find it!
