Bilbo/Thorin Courting with bracelets involved.
There was this popular bagginshield AU fic that I CANNOT find and it is frustrating me.
It’s an AU where the Shire and Erebor are geographic neighbors. Hobbits and dwarves have the custom to wear bracelets if they’re single. All singles have to attend feasts to find partners. Bilbo attends one and finds some children dwarrows under the feast tables - Kili, Fili, Gimli and Ori I think. Erebor’s gates have closed so he took them home. Later, all hobbits were woken up by frantic dwarves searching for the children.
