The Test.
In other news parents are home. Came home on Friday even though they said they'd be home on Saturday. House wasn't cleaned at all. lol.
I came home from work to see our security mailbox and neighbours matching box have the locked doors open. Someone had tried to steal our mail.
Luckily when I pulled up the driveway, I saw parents home and immediately asked mom if she got the mail. Friday's mail had been set on our porch, thankfully. Unfortunately I never got the mail on Thursday, and that was stolen. Along with my mom's new Debit card which was tried to be used twice. Luckily, because it's a debit card, they couldn't use anything because they needed a pin number. That also means mom can't access her money either, but at least nothing is being lost. Just unusable.
Feel a bit crappy that it happened, but lesson learned. This was the first time ever it's happened. Even years ago when parents were part of the Porsche Club and we were receiving hundreds of dollars - which was the reason for the mailboxes in the first place.
It was all just bad timing.
Little update. Now off to work.
