It rained
After 14 straight days of temperatures 100 degrees and above - and in May, yet - it has cooled down into the 90s. A microburst Monday night (which sent my male cat, Matata, inside to complain and demand I do something) helped. The weather forecasters said there was a 30% chance of rain today, and for once they were right.
But it sure got muggy - for the desert.
It's supposed to rain off and on tomorrow and Friday. I hope it does; we need it.
