It's always exciting when I successfully do a yoga position for the first time.
Last night, during the Ashtanga class, I was able to perform
Supta Konasana, where one has one's feet by the toes, legs spread in a V and elevated.
The last part of the pose is lowering your legs down to the floor; generally, this is where people tip and crack their heels hard against the wood. Last night, I was able to flex my legs and lower them in such a way that my calves touched the floor first and with little velocity. Win!
