Epic fail
I just found the one or more of the cats have used my box of important papers (tax returns, mortgage papers, pay stubs, etc.) as a litter box.
Thankfully, the most important of the papers were kept in file folders inside envelopes, so they escape a dousing in cat urine. It looks like I'll be getting a filing cabinet sooner than I thought.
Downside, I had a couple books of cds in the box as well. I'll be needing a new cd case for those.
I'm sure I'll feel better after I eat, but I gotta hit the grocery store first.
