the world's turned upside down
seriously? i was drunk dialed last night. yup. no BIG surprise on that part, but the shocker was who it was! my brother and one of his best friends (for those that know, the one who went to and came back from iraq... yeah... him...) it was bizarre to say the least.
in other news, i - call me crazy - accepted the promotion with my job. hell, one of the managers read off the roles and we literally checked off every single item on the list but one. so i get paid (hopefully since the amount has not quite been official shared with me yet) $2 more per hour and i still do the same thing.
oh, well that really is all that has been happening in my life as of late. it was nice to see my roommate's little sister last night and hang out with her a little this morning. i just wish i hadn't had been so damn tired. which i am at the moment too, but since it has been SO long since i have gotten on the computer for anything but business, i thought i would take a minute for you. and you. and you. and you.
and anyone else who doesn't just skim this thing. apparently myspace is much more common and important now and i just haven't jumped on that bandwagon yet... perhaps this summer i will figure it out and join the crowd...
OH, and if you haven't heard of cowboy mouth, you need to check them out because i have loved them since i was in high school (junior year to be exact) and they are playing next weekend with ani and bob dylan (well, not WITH them but collectively) at jazzfest and i am totally taking my dad... and if you love me you will get excited about them too... check out their myspace page... /cowboymouth
