I had a great weekend full of doing fun things. The highlight was seeing "The Winter's Tale" at OSF with Kate on Sunday. It was an incredible production in many different aspects, and I highly suggest it to all. The Romances are my favorite Shakespearean genre, and I am excited to study it in-depth next term in Shakespeare. It's playing until next October, so there should be no excuse not to see it. Now its back to work and back to school. I failed a Spanish Pop Quiz yesterday, and I have an oral exam today. No worries, I'll pass the class, but I just have to suffer through a week and a half of Connor first. Today we start sketches for "Alice in Wonderland" in CD. Can I maintain audience expectation while still being original, but not cliche? I am so tired today, and it was raining and cold during my run. I really don't want to sit through a four hour lecture class this afternoon. Yesterday I found out that a friend I know from Bend has serious Ovarian Cancer. She is in her early 50's, and has already survived Cancer once. I am sending positive thoughts her way.
Peace.
