From there, it depends on what kind of connect speed you have:
Dialup, I'd go with the Low feed. DSL and above, I'd try the high feed first.
You can use Winamp or RealPlayer 7 and above, as well as (as far as I know) Windows Media Player 9. The absolute best way to listen in is to find whatever command your player uses for Add URL or Open URL.
With Winamp, it's Ctrl-L and you cut/paste one of the two addies in, hit open to exit the URL window, and hit play. You should be good to go from there.
If you want to make requests, go to http://rhis.2ya.com and off on the left hand side of the screen is a link to PlayList & Requests. Go there, click on the style of music you want, click on the Request link by the song you want and hey presto.
