We got smoked in the final
We lost the finals. There was a problem finding a make up day when enough of our women could play. John, the captain, ended up going with a day where only our 3 best women could play. He even picked a day that his wife could not make it.
I thought that we had a chance when I saw the other team. They had one ultra athletic guy and a few older good players.
3 points into the game one of out women sprained her ankle. We had to finish the rest of the game with only 6 players on the field. Very difficult to make up a 6 point deficit when you are play 6 people vs 7 people.
