OMG! Arthur and Gwen were so cute in this episode! Can we squee together over that brilliant scene in which Arthur tries to indicate he wants to be left alone with Gwen! I love the scene of them alone together- I've re-watched it several times, it was nice to see them slightly more relaxed, and with less tension. Although I was heartbroken that it was another almost kiss... :/ these writers need to stop teasing us!
I also LOVED the interactions between Arthur and Merlin in this episode: Arthur: They'll probably torture me first to find out what I know. Merlin: Aren't you afraid? Arthur: No... not in the slightest. Merlin:How can you not be afraid of pain? Arthur: I am afraid of pain there's just not going to be any. Merlin: How is that do you go into some sort of trance? Arthur:What are you talking about?! *the nerd in me thought Merlin was strangely attractive and adorable in this episode! :) Although the fan girl in me still LOVES Arthur.
I also loved the protective brother scenes "And he does this for all the handmaidens?" I was blushing and laughing at the part. I also loved the scene in the woods- when Arthur was clearly pleased Gwen didn't listen to him and waited for him to be there!
Soooo many great moments but that end scene broke my heart "Like you said Gwen, that's what you do when you love someone" *almost dies* seriously I LOVE this man... and his little heartbreaking pout. I also love the fact that both Gwen and Arthur never directly say how much they mean to one another- they always indirectly indicate they love each other through their playful banter, or what they are willing to do for one another.

Weren't they just? They were so couply! You know, in that way that two kids on the verge of being something more or who have JUST entered a relationship are. ASDKJALSJD. Adorbs.
I actually didn't feel that "and he does this for all the handmaidens?" was a protective brother scene, rather a "I know what's up, don't try to pull one over me" scene. I LOVED how he grabbed her into a protective embrace at the beginning, however. THE CLINGING. <3
It broke your heart, bb? Why? It actually made my heart SINNNNNNNG. They're making so much progress! He pretty much said, "I love you," and Gwen didn't run this time! It was glorious. And I loved how at the end Arthur looks away and you can just SEE that he's realized that he's too in love with her and that he WILL have to fight for their relationship eventually. Well, at least that's what I saw. Heh.
Not a problem, bb! And I have no idea. I've been checking every so often, but I imagine when the information is released it'll be all over the comms. =)
