Assorted (repeated) reading recs

1.) Fic:

Mikey finished posting Appearances yesterday, so today is my first day of withdrawal. (Well, actually, the withdrawal sort of started yesterday, which is why I spent a part of yesterday night writing - writing is methadone for reading, except for the times when reading is methadone for writing.) I got ridiculous wrapped up in that story, and I can't wait for the next installment which, alas, is a while off yet, as Mikey is taking a break from the series. I've recced the Undercover series here before; now that its latest part is finished, I'd like to repeat my endorsement - what better time to read this than now that you may read all glorious ~100,000 words of it in one go? (C'mon, get addicted, too! *g*)

2.) Comics I:

This is still a good time to start reading Finder. Carla Speed McNeil, the author, posted a long blog entry about her plans for the series yesterday, and it sounds as if it's going to be a while before the next part starts (and apparently we're about to get to the Big Story she's been gearing up for all these years!) All of this means that the recently completed Voice will probably be online for a while yet, so you can read it at your - relative, because at some point it will disappear - leisure.

3.) Comics II:

A number of new chapters have been published since I last recced Bokurano. It's still utterly disturbing, and brilliant.
