Stress?

Rules:
Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

1. Drawing and doing crafts

2. cuddling with Fink

3. Laying down and thinking about things that make me laugh

4. Playing with animals

5. Walking

6. Working out

7. Acting crazy for no apparent reason.

8. Telling my mom whats wrong and her making funny things up about it

9. Sorting things out around my place

10. Making a list of things to do so i dont forget and stress out later in the week :)
