I'm rather torn on this video because from a driver's perspective I can totally understand how a driver could get that upset. I've nearly want to rip the head off a passenger or two in my driving days....ok so even now when I'm behind the desk too ; )
Swearing and grabbing the passenger by the arm doesn't help the driver's plight either.
I see how drivers are treated day in and day out and I really think sometimes they're unsung heroes. When I see a video like this though, I can see why the public reacts the way they do.
