Kind of funny that this is one of the only icons I have left...
I was trying to upgrade my account back to paid today, and I had TWO gift certificates for one dollar each, and I couldn't figure out how to make the payment window take BOTH of them, and while I was clicking around, IT CANCELLED OUT ONE OF THEM, so even if I figured it out, one of them is WASTED now, and I am SO ANGRY AT LIVEJOURNAL RIGHT NOW!!!!!!
I know it's only a dollar, but I opened up a billing inquiry and told them if I don't get credit for both of those, I'm not giving them any of my money at all. Bastards. I'll just stay at a free account.
I'm making this entry public because I'm NOT HAPPY.

UPDATE: They got back to me and gave me two more one dollar gift certificates BUT - you have to go to MANUAL payments if you want to use them. Huh. You're never told that anywhere, either. And MANUAL payment is not the first choice they give you when you click on the link to upgrade your account - they throw you right into AUTOMATIC payments. MANUAL payments looks like you're going to give someone a gift, not pay for your own account, which is CONFUSING.
AND, even though I paid them last night, with Paypal, it still isn't showing up that I have a paid account, but Paypal says it's gone through.
Great. Fantastic service. I didn't think those godless commies celebrated Christmas, and if they do, isn't it Orthodox Christmas, on the 6th or something of January? No excuse, then! Get my account upgraded, you slackers!
