It's winding down
So the opening night party was last night, and boy was I tired. I worked the entire day, had about an hour break to change and go back to the party location, and pretty much worked the entire night till 1:30am. My duties during the party mainly consisted of walking around the room, mingling, answering questions, refilling snack bowls, and being at the door with the guest list. Yeah, I know. I'm an intern bitch. But overall it was really fun. I met a bunch of the Producers and investors. And it was very fancy. I gotta say, fancy parties only work when you're fancy on the inside....and I'm just not sure that I am. I'm more of a t-shirt and jeans guy which probably is best since I want to be a director and not an actor. Speaking of actors, the cast looked amazing. And I hear they did great during their performance. Apparently, some of them (uh hum, MF and Casey) Have stumbled upon my blog! It was hilarious, I was at the front door and Casey asks if I had a blog, and I was like, yeah. And they've been reading it or have read it - which is embarassing because you all know what stupid things I write on this (i.e. My porn names for Musicals) Eh, oh well. If you ladies are reading this, you're incredible!
Anyways, so I went home and I was told I was possibly gonna get the day off. But alas, Jared called this morning and said I was needed at the party place to pick up some supplies. It is hotter than a mother out there! I keep thinking, I'll be back in AZ in a week. But then, it'll be 115 degrees.....damn, I can't win.
