Absoultely wonderful. I loved the imagery and the give and take between the two men. The setting was perfect.

This is wonderful. The drama (and there's a lot of drama) flows so smoothly and naturally from the characters. Duncan's really not adapting all that well to the passage of time here, is he? Lucky for him he's so good with a sword.

I like the melancholy tone to this. I also like that there isn't a happily ever after, but this isn't also sad. Very bittersweet.
