Oh noes! When editing the guessing post, like a pure dumbass, I hit the delete button, and THEN when it was like, "are you sure you want to delete?" I STILL hit yes. So here it is, recreated. God, I feel terrible.
Taking page from the
merry_smutmas book, I am making a thread for guesses as to who wrote stories. Feel free to guess as to the identity of any and all writers. Keep in mind that the sign ups are the only place to find the people involved, and that who dropped out is not open to the public.
All stories will be posted by COB Friday. Guessing is open until Sunday. Reveal throughout the day on Sunday, as I get to each post.
MUWAHAHAHAHAHAAA. I didn't realize how much I'd enjoy watching you people guess. Dance puppets! Dance!
Naw, it's cool.

Some authors I knew ahead of time (or had clues) -- so I'll just be guessing at the ones I think I know. There are a lot of writers I'm not familiar with here, though. Some very nice things showing up.
Two to start with:
My gift, "Gods Above and Below" is by
amberleewriter"Crouching Stargate, Drunken Yak" has to be
amand_r; funny is hard.

So... by

gosh, I'm behind at reading. BUt I have to concur with unovis... my guess is "Crouching Stargate" is amand_r.
I"m gonna feel really silly if I'm wrong!

Unfortunately, I'm horrible at this kind of thing. I only have the one guess, which
amonitrate and
unovis_lj already guessed.
I lurv my gift story, but I'm just not sure who it is.

There are so many writers in this challenge I'm not super familiar with, which is part of the aweseomtasticness of the whole thing. But I have a couple guesses:
tazlet might have written "Gods Above and Below"
unovis_lj I'm guessing wrote "So..."
I'll chime in on
amand_r for "Crouching Stargate..."
Could be
carenejeans for "As In Olden Days," but I think [info]dorothy1901 is probably right, and Carene wrote "Nothing But the Truth."
I'd love to know who wrote "Les vagues de l'oubli," and I'm inclined to guess
hafital just because I love it so much.
Could "Awakenings" be
tes_fic?
I think I suck at this. *g*
unovis_lj responded to
killabeez, saying:
Hmm, maybe Carene for "As in Olden Days" or maybe Tray (I would have thought Tray for "Gifts" except for the song cues; and almost Amonitrate for "Les vagues..."). For "Gods" I could possibly see that Constantine coming from Taz, but that Darius is a leeetle too saintly; and the poem, I don't think so. Yes, I am avoiding work.
AND
killabeez replied to her, saying:
You are probably right about
tazlet. Hmm,
hafital could have written that one, too. :) I didn't see
elistaire had signed up -- "As in Olden Days" might be her, yes. I really am terrible at guessing. And I should know who wrote Dean/Amanda, but I don't have a clue!

No guesses from me! I'm absolutely horrible at guessing and the only one I'd have guessed I'm almost certain I'm wrong about. Unless people are being super sneaky with comments.
AND THEN I HIT THE DELETE BUTTON. Gah.
