Teaching Tomorrow!
AHHH! My first full lesson, and I'm being observed! Eek! But I'll be fine, I know it. I've gotten some teaching in this week already- not full lessons, but that's ok. I know the kids, they know me, and we do ok together. Tomorrow's lesson is on etymology (study of root words). Very important and useful skill to have when you have to learn all kinds of science vocabulary. Trust me, I know! Also VERY useful for the SAT/ACT.
So... here I am at work, waiting for this damn process to finish running so I can fix errors and go home. I said I was not going to be here past 8, and gee, look at the time. 8 already. Why am I not surprised? Ugh... this dept. is a wreck. I'm glad I'm not here full time anymore. I don't think I could handle that stress much longer. I dealt with it all summer. NO thank you.
I'm so glad tomorrow's Friday. Sure I have a bit of work to do for next week, but at least I get to have SOME fun. A little anyway. Not much these days. :(
