How do I do this?
Ask people to mail a scan of their ID and name 10 people who can testify that it is really their ID and not big brother's?

Interesting. There was a boy kissing a boy on Desperate Housewives last season, quite a mainstream program, too. Ensuring all LJ friends being over 18 simply doesn't sound doable. What it would take to ensure that fact would itself be intrusive.
