I notice that people don't use text in their icons but I don't see a rule that text on the icons is a "no, no". Please clarify--is text allowed? thanks.

Text * is* permitted.

On certain challenges (as with the last one), the mods may state that text is not permitted -- but it will be clearly set out -- and it happens infrequently.

As for the current challenge, text definitely welcome!
