I really liked this. I love it when people use bits of real history in fic, and it works so well with Highlander. Plus I love Darius so any Darius fic is good!

I'm glad you like it. I really love writing for Darius, but writing Evil!Darius was a new challenge, and a lot of fun.

History does work well with Highlander, I agree. I prefer to use history when possible, because the Highlander 'verse is supposed to be RL and those little *crossovers*, like Duncan at Culloden help establish that reality.

Now, I think I've been staring at your icon a bit too long, so I need to have a cold shower before I go read the next part of your fic. XD
