(no subject)
Huh, so I just spent a couple hours at work today and read through the entire Hikago anonymeme thing...which was...interesting. So um...I guess this is a terribly stupid question, but would someone be so kind as to enlighten me as to what exactly BNF stands for? I know what it refers to, but what does it stand for? *Fails at Internet.* I feel old. And I swear "IAWTC" did not exist back in high school. I had to look that up. *fails again*
Anyways. I did want to say that I think the Hikago fandom community is perfectly lovely. I don't know anything about media fandoms and whatnot, but I love the feeling here of a cohesive, friendly community that's not too big, where there is a fair amount of good fanfic being written, and where on the whole, people are smart and friendly. I haven't really invested myself in any community since the tiny Sailormoon Dark Kingdom niche community of my high school days (which seemed very erudite to my high school self), partly for lack of a series/characters I really really loved, but also partly because I had a hard time finding the right sort of community. But I like the Hikago community. *nods* （これは告白ってもんか？） (Feel free to ignore my random Japanese.)
