I owe y'all two Big Bang recs today! We went out to dinner and saw Up after work, and I basically just came home and passed right out. Up was sweet... but I think my expectations may have been too high. Anyway:

In 1999, Jensen is a senior at college, his biggest concerns are getting into grad school and planning his next roleplaying game. Everything changes when freshman Jared Padalecki joins the gaming club.
The college AU that makes it hard for me to read any other! My favourite thing about this story is that it's so very much 1999, which is when I was in my first year of university. There are so many little details and they're all so incredibly accurate it's like a period piece... set only ten years ago. Somehow epeeblade manages to make you care so much about this gang and their LARP plotlines and D&D nights. It's almost 70,000 words long and I was still disappointed when I got to the end.
