Writer's Meme: Sometimes it's ok to pimp yourself out. Post a list of your top five fics favorite you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.

1. Um, I hate to do this, but #1 has to be the thing I'm working on right now and sort of too embarrassed to admit to yet. It is SO MUCH FUN and it's coming so easily and it's complete and total crack. I fully expect to be kicked out of fandom at large when y'all see it.
   
2. There Is Only This Time. Jack/Sawyer POW camp AU written for the Best Day Ever a.k.a. foxxcub's birthday a.k.a. the day of a hundred and one WWII fics. I really tore my hair out over it at the time, but it's almost painless for me to reread, which is unusual. And there are moments I love in it, like Jack falling asleep at the checkers table.
   
3. Habit, Jack/Sawyer (shock and awe). I wrote it in two back-to-back sessions separated by (I think) a phone call, and I was kind of half asleep the entire time. I remember dreaming a part of it and then writing it down. Rereading it is a surprise because I have no idea how I came up with some of it.
   
4. Modern Conveniences. Jack/Sawyer. I kept calling this my jetsons!fic of doom, and remembering the laughs I had imagining the world of the fic is half the fun of rereading it.
   
5. Steak Tartar (or how Jack got his sea legs). Shamelessly bad-titled fic in which I totally admit and *own* that all my fic is about vomit in some way. :D
   
   I feel like such a tool for that #1. But honestly, once I get drunk enough to post it for realsies, you will all understand.
