Thank goodness he had insurance, so his insurance company will have to pay...maybe they will cancel him while they are at it.

I'm glad you're ok. I wish they would make it against the law to drive with the phone glued to your ear everywhere. Headsets are a reasonable investment by comparison.

Did you tell the police he was talking on his cell phone? You should definitely tell his insurance company *evil*

Thank you:) beleive me I told the police everything, he did get a ticket and I doubt it was the only time. Hopefully his insurance will just cancel him.
