If you are not reading Questionable Content as part of your daily webcomic allowance, you really should rectify that. Marten's mom has shown up, finally. She was first referenced in the final panel of this comic, well over a year ago. Faye asks for a funny story from Marten's childhood, and Marten replies, "Well, my mom is a professional dominatrix and my dad runs a gay nightclub, so I can't really tell the difference between a 'funny tale' and 'my whole adolescence' anymore." And, well... he wasn't lying.
