So. As of 4pm yesterday, I am officially a homeowner.

I have all ready undertaken my first project: to re-caulk the bathtub. My back is sore. It's weird to do construction-type work and not get paid for it. That's my tub I'm working on. Weird.

Gosh, I'm eloquent.
