Veronica Mars
So, this weekend, The Girl finished up the first season of Veronica Mars.
I asked her for her theory as we started the second-to-last episode (or maybe it was the final episode, we watched so many that it was something of a blur). She was pretty close to what really happened -- a lot closer than I was, at any rate. My theory was always that it was Jake Kane, in a fit of rage, somehow or another. I just thought the Kyle Secor potential creepiness factor was too much to ignore. The Girl's theory was that Duncan caught Lilly with Weevil on the back area, got into a fight with Weevil, and Lilly jumped in to try to break it up and that's how she died; Duncan then got the cover-up from his parents because he was still culpable. Which, really -- fairly close. A lot closer than me.
My next project in turning her into a huge fandom geek is Farscape. =)
