God is GOOD!
Today more than any other day I realize how good God is to me. See, today's my birthday, and I realize how good God is because of how much He has blessed me. He blessed me with one more year to my life that some of my friends didn't get, He blessed me with a very large family who loves me and tells me so, He blessed me with a few good friends (that make up for not having such a large circle of friends) who also love me and take care of me. He also blessed me with the ability to learn, which is something that some people I know (not being mean) do not have. And not only that, God blessed me 2,000 years ago with a marvelous gift of His Son on the cross. God has also blessed me with a promise that He holds my future, and that I can make it through each day with Him by my side. I was reminded of this yesterday in church when we sang the song "Because He Lives". Part of that song says "Because He lives, I can face tomorrow, Because He lives, all fear is gone, Because I know He holds the future, then life is worth the living, just because HE lives!" It hit me a little later exactly what the song meant. But it was an awesome realization when it did come. Okay, you guys out there have fun, because I'm headed to Anatomy and Phsyiology II, which is not fun.
