Summary: Horikoshi Gakuen is a school full of secret. All that was known of this school to the public that only kids that were special were allowed to attend to it. This is the story of a boy by the name Yamada Ryosuke that was forcefully invited to attend this school. Unknown of the school secrets, this is the start of an unfolding story of this mysterious boy life in this new school where his journey of not only journey of knowledge but also the story of his past and love would begin.
Chapter 23
‘You let him go missing!’ Yuto yelled at Chinen.
Yuto, Keito, Ryutaro and Chinen are in Ryosuke’s room. Since coincidentally Yuto and Keito wanted to apologize to Ryosuke about their behaviour the day before and Ryutaro and Chinen was searching for them.
‘Hey! We are worried too, alright!’ Ryutaro yelled at Yuto since he was unhappy that the latter yelled at Chinen.
‘Is your fault, anyway? If Yama-chan wasn’t friends with you two, nothing would had happen!’ Yuto argued.
‘You don’t know a thing and yet here you’re yelling at us! Are you really idiot, bean sprout?!’ Ryutaro argued back.
‘What did you just call me you, brat! It’s your fault and yet you dare….!’ Yuto argued but was interrupted.
‘Enough! Don’t we have enough trouble to think about?’ Chinen and Keito yelled together.
‘Gomen…’ Yuto and Ryutaro apologized.
‘Now….. Chinen-kun, where else you haven’t searched for….?’ Keito asked but before he finished asking, they heard a knock on the door.
Chinen, who was standing nearest to the door, when over to open it. He was surprised to see Daiki carrying someone in his arm. Daiki and the person he’s carrying were completely soaked. After looking closer on the person Daiki was carrying, he was shocked to see Ryosuke.
‘Eh! Ryo!’ Chinen exclaimed, shocking the other three as well.
‘Can I bring him in first? He’s having a mild fever.’ Daiki said.
‘Oh! Gomen….’ Chinen apologized, moving aside to let Daiki in.
Daiki laid Ryosuke on his bed. Immediately Yuto and Chinen rush towards Ryosuke fussing over him. Keito on the other hand turned to Daiki.
‘Where did you find him?’ Keito asked.
‘On the dormitory roof. I found him unconscious so I bought him back.’ Daiki explained.
‘Why did you go up to the roof when it is raining?’ Keito asked suspiciously.
‘I left something up there so I went to get it. I don’t want to risk it getting any wetter than it already is.’ Daiki lied. He can feel Ryutaro staring at him.
‘Oh. Okay then.’ Keito said, satisfied with Daiki’s answer.
‘I’ll take my leave then.’ Daiki said.
‘Don’t you want to dry yourself first?’ Chinen asked.
‘No, it’s fine. My room’s nearby.’ Daiki said, bowing down and turned towards the door.
‘Wait! Can I talk to you?’ Ryutaro said before Daiki completely leave the room.

Daiki and Ryutaro are talking in a small corridor.
‘Did he send you to watch Ryosuke? Was that what you were doing all this time? Using our relationship to get close to him?’ Ryutaro asked, harshly. Daiki was hurt by Ryutaro’s questions. Each word felt like stabs of a sharp knife onto his already broken heart.
‘No, Ryu….’ Daiki said but he was interrupted.
‘Don’t lie to me, Arioka Daiki!’ Ryutaro yelled at Daiki.
‘Ryu, I really didn’t. I admit I secretly watch him for a while today but that was only because I was on the roof before Yamada-kun came.’ Daiki begged. He really wishes that Ryutaro would believe in him once more.
Ryutaro wants to believe in Daiki but somewhere in his heart just couldn’t find the will to trust the older boy.
‘Whatever. I’m leaving now.’ Ryu said, turning around and start walking away but before he could even take a single step, he felt the older boy hugging him from behind. He could feel his shirt getting wet not only because Daiki’s clothes are wet but also because Daiki was crying since he felt some of the liquid on his back are warm.
‘Daiki, please let me go.’ Ryutaro said calmly.
‘No! Please Ryu, please. I can’t live without you. My life’s a big mess after we broke up.’ Daiki cried, tightening his hug.
‘I know. If had just been 2 days and you had lost so much weight.’ Ryutaro thought, his own tears had started failing.
‘Gomen, but please give me more time Daiki.’ Ryutaro said, releasing himself from Daiki grip and ran back to Ryosuke’s room.
