Summary: Horikoshi Gakuen is a school full of secret. All that was known of this school to the public that only kids that were special were allowed to attend to it. This is the story of a boy by the name Yamada Ryosuke that was forcefully invited to attend this school. Unknown of the school secrets, this is the start of an unfolding story of this mysterious boy life in this new school where his journey of not only journey of knowledge but also the story of his past and love would begin.
chapter 8
In a flash, the weekend has already arrived. Ryosuke, Yuto and Keito are now lining up to board the academy private bus that would take them to Central Town. The bus is supplied from the school to allow the students that wishes to visits the other places in the school since the academy is so big and it is difficult for the students to walk to their destination.
‘I still regret coming with you guys.’ complained Yuto.
‘Are you trying to get hit by me again?’ said Keito glaring at him.
‘Chill buddy, I’m here, right? But I really did like that show.’ said Yuto trying to calm down his friend anger but at his additional sentence just made Keito angrier making him whack his head again.
‘Itai, Keito! Alright already. I get it. I will stop complaining.’ Yuto whined.
‘You better do. If I see you complaining again, I will ….’ Keito said but was interrupted by Yuto.
‘Yeah I know already so enough.’
While the boys were arguing beside him, Yamada was thinking about Chinen. He himself was confused by his own thoughts. Chinen was nothing but trouble yet he can’t help feel that the shorter boy was keeping a secret and was not as bad as he look or act. He didn’t snap out of the daydream until he felt Yuto poking his side tickling him.
‘Hei! Stop doing that, Yuto!’
‘That’s your own fault. I called you for so many time yet you’re still daydreaming.’ Yuto said in his defense.
‘What were you thinking about, Yama-chan?’ Keito asked curiously.
Ryosuke was spared from answering Keito’s question since the bus came to a stop at a town. The town looked like a European town. The only different is the town was full with shops and all the shops are opened by robots.
‘Oh we’re here.’ Yuto excitedly.
‘And there he was complaining earlier.’ Keito said frowning at Yuto actions.
‘Just spare him, Keito. He’s too happy, that he can’t remember what he was saying earlier anyway.’ Ryosuke said slightly amused at Yuto action.
‘Whatever. We better keep up with Yuto before we lost him in the crowd.’ Keito said still frowning at Yuto childish behaviour.
After shopping with Keito and Yuto for about an hour, Ryosuke still didn’t bought anything. This is because he was not a person that like pranks because he was so often bullied in the past. Furthermore, things like talking pencils and laughing cactus are just too ridiculous for him.
‘Gees, Yama-chan why bother coming so far if your not gonna buy anything at all.’ complained Yuto.
‘There nothing that interests me.’ Ryosuke replied to him.
‘Completely different from you I guess, Yuto.’ Keito said eyeing the amount of bags Yuto was carrying.
‘What the use of buying so many pranks, Yuto? It just a waste of money.’ Ryosuke said.
‘This is nothing. Remember the last time we came here I bought like 10 bag of pranks, right Keito?’ Yuto answered.
‘This is a waste of time for me after all … I should go back now and do my revisions in state …’ Ryosuke said while waking away.
‘Ah…… Yama-chan ……’ Yuto whined but he bumped straight into Yamada’s back who suddenly stopped in his track.
‘Hei! Why did you suddenly stop?’ Yuto complained.
‘Hush, go the other way.’ Ryosuke whispered.
‘Eh, why?’ Yuto asked confusedly.
‘Because Takaki-kun coming this way.’ Keito answered.
‘Oh….’
Ryosuke tried to quickly move as far away from Takaki until he accidentally bumped into someone around corner. Looking down at the person he bumped into and the person that just turned the corner he could felt a shiver down his spine.
‘Hei! Watch where you’re going, kid!’ Ryutaro growled at Ryosuke grabbing by collar of his shirt strangling him.
Ryosuke was surprised at Ryutaro strength since the boy was smaller than him and from Keito mentioning him before he knows the kid’s a year younger than him. Ryosuke would had been more impressed but he was already having difficulty in breathing. He was glad when Chinen asked Ryutaro to let him go.
‘You’re lucky, kid.’ Ryutaro said menacing towards Ryosuke who was on his knees gasping for breath.
‘What happen, Yama-chan?!’ said Yuto who had finally managed to keep up with Ryosuke.
‘Your friend here bumped into me and I though I teach him a lesson.’ Ryutaro said.
‘Hei! It was only a bump. You got no right to do ……’ said Keito who was behind Yuto earlier and managed to hear their conversation earlier. But before he managed to complete his sentences he was lift up by Ryutaro and was tossed towards a wall.
‘Keito!’ Yuto yelled as he watches his friend crumpled on the ground, groaning in pain, after he hit the wall hard.
‘I thought I told you to hold back, Ryu.’ Chinen said.
‘Gomen, Chii. I just lose it, I guess.’ Ryutaro snapped back at Chinen.
‘Just lose it?! Why you … !’ Yuto growled in anger.
Yuto was already planning to fight back using his alice but before he could do anything he felt a strong punch landed on his stomach causing him to double-up.
‘Ump… That will teach you not to mess with ...’ said Chinen but before he can finish his sentence he noticed the whole place for about 15 meter in radius around Ryosuke had lit up in flames.
Chinen immediately grabbed Ryutaro and ran out of the flames. When he ran passed Ryosuke he heard him say ‘ Stop hurting my friends!’ in a scary voice.
After a few minutes the fire started to disappear, revealing the 3 unconscious boys lying there. Takaki and Nakamura who saw the commotion immediately call Yabu-sensei for help.

Ryosuke point of view.
I was mad at Chinen and Morimoto for hurting my friends. I remembered I snapped and lose control over my alice. The next thing I know the place surrounding me was in flames and I was starting to feel dizzy. I remember collapsing and the next thing I knew everything was black.
