more things that please me
1) The guitar part of "I'm Happy Just to Dance with You"--dum ditty dee dum ditty dum dum. dum ditty dee dum ditty dum dum. dum ditty dee dum ditty dum dum. dum ditty dee dum ditty dum dum. The bass is also very cool. And the backup vocals. And the leading vocals. Yeah. I love this song really a lot. George kicks it.
2) The whistling solo in "Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard." In fact, almost any whistling solo. I love to whistle.
3) The backup vocals to "Fixing a Hole." Also, George Burns as Mr. Kite singing "Fixing a Hole" in that Bee Gees and Peter Frampton movie that--while I can now recognize it as a complete travesty--was my first introduction to The Beatles, and the first album I ever bought. I was six. I believe my undying love for Peter Frampton as Billy Shears can be forgiven.
