Last night as I was driving home, I passed the Christmas tree lot, same as always. Except this year, their sign advertises
"FRESH MICHIGAN MEN!
All sizes!
Up to $29!"
You Michiganites out there--is there something I should know about why your men are being shipped off to market, and why they're such a bargain? I mean, if I can get a 6-footer for $29... Well, hey!
Also, does anyone have the soundtrack to The Muppet Movie on CD? And if so, could you *yousendit* me a couple of songs? I desperately need "Rainbow Connection," "I Hope that Something Better Comes Along," and "I'm Going to Go Back There Someday."
Holiday lunch at work today, followed by viewing of Ocean's Twelve with some coworkers. The early show. Then home to my holiday preparations. Last weekend I shopped, this weekend I wrap, write, and prepare for mailing...
