American actress Katie Holmes has been confirmed as the newest face of Miu Miu's spring/summer 09 campaign.

What is Miu Miu?
Some people asked me what kind of brand Miu Miu was since I started talking about their new campaign. Miu Miu is positioned as the daily-oriented, more affordable clothing line from the Prada fashion house, opened in 1992 and headed by Miuccia Prada. The name of the collection is taken from Miuccia Prada's nickname.

Miu Miu 2009 Spring/Summer
So a few days ago I saw their amazing new fashion shoots for their new bags. And I really love it. So sad I can only buy it on internet since they don't have any Miu Miu store in the Netherlands. Or I'll have to wait till I go on vacation to Hong Kong, cause they have like 5 Miu Miu stores in HK.

The risk of getting fake bags
So sad, I really want one of those bags so badly.

But it would be risky if I buy one on the internet cause there are so much fake bags around the web.
And I'm not going to pay 250,- euros or more for a fake bag, I prefer a bag without a brand instead of carrying a fake one. So I think I'll have to wait until I'm in London or in Hong Kong. It's sooooo unfair. *sigh*
