“Axel,” Roxas said in a near whisper.
“Simply amazing Roxas,” Axel spat out at the boy as he paced the floor. He came to a stop, “You really DO remember me this time?” He turned to face the boy and Roxas’s eyes widened, even if Axel was a Nobody and supposedly didn’t have a heart he could still feel the burning passion in those green eyes, “I’m so FLATTERED!” Flames ignited around the two, trapping Roxas from any means of escape. He could tell…Axel was pissed, “But you’re too late!”
Axel had given him the chance…time and time again he had given Roxas the chance to come back to him…to come back to his old way of life. The chakrams burst into being in his hands surrounded by a burning fire. If Roxas wasn’t going to come back to him…then he was just going to have to kill him. If Axel didn’t do it then someone else would…and wouldn’t it be better if he did it? A mercy killing…plain and simple.
The blonde stared at him with cold eyes, he thought Axel cared about him…slowly he pulled the dark Keyblade out…followed shortly by the white one. Oblivion and Oathkeeper. Both were fitting symbols of the fight about to break out.
