3 days left before the start for the preparation. Riyu was asking around people who ever knew about Inoo Kei. Surprisingly, not many people knew much him… Knowing that she have no new info, she slumped down the bench in their school's garden and fell asleep
On the other hand. Ayame, Naomi, and Sasha discussed the problems that could or might arise during the one month preparation. They were talking at their floor.
"First, Chiaki and Chinen, Second Yamada and Ichigo, Third, Me and Yabu," Naomi listed down the pairings that might have certain issues Both Sasha and Ayame were surprised that Naomi herself have problems! Naomi is a quite hyper girl despite having the 'leader' attitude. Even so, she is quite careful to her surroundings to avoid troubles popping out. For an issue to happen from her. That is quite rare
So, Ayame asked her, "What's wrong with you and Yabu?"
Naomi let out a sigh before saying, "His father forced him to get engage with me… And which made him hate me now… Plus! I didn't agree to it either! It's my father and mother. And he still hates me. With this kind of hatred surging inside him… I don't think he would cooperate that well,"
"Yamada and Ichigo… I don't think they should be together working. Ichigo still remembers him. Though not that clearly thanks to the grief she experienced," Sasha said.
"Which makes a better reason to make them work together! To get them back!" Ayame suggested. In fact, both Sasha and Ayame were debating among each other about this matter ever since that call Sasha made.
Naomi then concluded with, "Just let them work together. Nothing will change. Some other girls already started meeting their partner already," Her eyes were staring through the window. Before he could get a closer look at Riyu, Ren ran from afar and gave a good kick to Kei. Kei stumbled and his face was so close to Riyu. Hence, waking Riyu up. Of course, she was surprised to see Kei and Ren there. But knowing that her prey was right in front of her and his face was so close. She took a deep breath before smirking.
"First information received, Inoo Kei - Pervert. Heh," Riyu uttered and punched Kei in the stomach. Then, she thanked Ren for handling the pervert. Afterwards, she eyed Ren and both of them shouted, "EVERYONE! INOO KEI OF THE FALLEN PETALS IS HERE TO GIVE FREE KISSES!!!! MAXIMUM IS 100 PEOPLE! QUICK! NOW IT'S YOUR CHANCE!!!"
Everything was too fast for Kei to catch up and before he could control his shock, girls were already in a proper line. Ren and Riyu then got Kei up and secured him. Riyu whispered, "You wanted to kiss girls so badly right? Here's your chance. Go ahead. Pervert,"
"Wha-!?" Kei finally uttered after so long. But seeing the innocent girls feeling glad or surprised to see him here. He had no other choice but to abide what the two girls made. But before he could kiss the first girl's cheek, he saw Yuto strolling around. Instantly, he ran up to Yuto and dragged him back to the place where the girls are waiting patiently. Ren scoffed, "Oh, good! One person for each cheek. Double the service~"
"Inoo… You are such an idiot! Why didn't you just run away with me just now?!" Yuto gritted his teeth with a smile as he kiss one cheek while Kei the other. Kei had that realisation as well but he covered it up by saying, "We are gentlemen. We can't disappoint a lady!"
When the 100 girls were given their chance and kisses. Ren and Riyu then gave them some drinks. The boys were surprised, especially Kei. He reluctantly accepted it and thanked her
"Now, you people get back to your own place before the administration comes here. They were informed of the ruckus earlier on. And within 10 minutes they will be here. By then, you two can decide, to get caught and complain about us, or just go quietly~ Jyaa!" Riyu said and left along with Ren. And before they forgot, Ren shouted, "For the orientation preparation, Yoroshiku!"
"Oh ya~! She is my partner!" Kei and Yuto uttered in sync. They both looked at each other and sighed. They had totally forgot about it and didn't bother searching for the girls before this.
On the other hand, Ryutaro and Hikari were already in the library, meeting about the P.A systems. Hikari took a hard time to comprehend all the stuffs that Ryutaro have said. But she know one of it, he needs help in getting the speakers and amps. Just like what Naomi had informed her, Ryutaro was disowned by his own people. He couldn't enter any electronic shop.
"Why didn't you fight back?" Hikari uttered her thoughts accidentally. Ryutaro was stunned for a while before he knew what Hikari meant. Hikari immediately apologised for being nosy but in the midst of her apology, Ryutaro admitted, "Stand tall because you're right,"
He paused for a while, as if he was reminiscing the past and continued, 'My parents told me that because that is their secret of success. I'm staying low because I know, my parents will one day realise that I was innocent all along,"
Although Hikari seems convinced at his statement, she couldn't help but to feel something was off. Even so, she decided to hold that thought and continue on with their discussion. Once that was done, she asked Ryutaro, "Why wouldn't you stand for your right. Not just stand tall. Don't you think that you have to ACT? To me, the way that you are being right now… is like, you are afraid. You were somehow sure that your parents wouldn't know the truth. But you wanted to believe them,"
Hikari continued and stared directly to him while Ryutaro just tried to look away
"Morimoto-kun, you-"
"I KNOW! MY PARENTS KNEW THE TRUTH! YET THEY BELIEVED THAT DAMN MANAGER! IF IT'S WASN'T FOR HIM! SHIN WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORK THREE TIMES LONGER JUST TO COVER UP MY ABSENCE! I'VE TRIED! I'VE TRIED TO GET IN AND TRIED TO PUNCH SOME LIGHTS INTO THEIR FACES! BUT! THEY! They didn't believe me. They just walked away, taking Shintaro away. Having their backs facing me. That action alone is enough to give up," Ryutaro shouted and tightened his fists upon remembering the times. That time, was the time he first met Kota and the rest, welcoming him into being part of the 'Fallen Petals'. Hikari had her eyes fixed on him, though her stern gaze remains the same as earlier on
"I'm sorry for probing into your personal matters. I'll definitely get the stuffs you told me. Thanks for coming for this meeting. I'll tell you if there's another. Jya," With that, Hikari bowed and just walked away. When she was sure that she was out of sight, she stopped and got frustrated at herself.
"Why am I such a busybody? And more importantly, why did I get so irritated when he sounds like just giving up?"
Meanwhile, Ichigo was having a so-called mental war. The moment she heard the name, she was sure that she had a minor skip of a beat. It somehow hurt her. It made her thought of the guy she hated the most. At the same time, want to be with. She tried to just fight it back, but to no avail. The faceless image just kept appearing. Ichigo started to feel suffocated decided to take a walk out of her house. She wandered around their house garden and sat in a gazebo and started inhaling and exhaling air. Afterwards, her sudden difficulty in breathing diminished.
"I bet you have forgotten who I am… WHY… Do you have to be my partner.. Yamada Ryosuke."
