Holy monster bicep batman!
There is a mirror in front of the wash basin at work. It's not a sink, it's got a pumice soap dispencer in the center, is foot activated and big enough for 4 guys to wash their hands in at once.
So I was scrubbing my hands today and glanced in the mirror. Now mind you that I am in a sweaty t-shirt and am scrubbing hard.
I look for a second and do a double take.
I now have biceps!
I don't know where they came from but they look twice the size they were a year ago.
Then again I found out on Monday that the 60lb segments I was tossing around in the shop were actually 110lbs.
