If you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life.
So the machine auction in Fulton went extraordinarily well. I spent all last week moving stuff back to our shop. 10 and 12 hour days all week and it felt like nothing.
To top that off our brand spanking new Sharp Lathe and Sharp mill will arrive tomorrow morning. And now that our cranes are operating we can unload them without worry. We just need our 100 amp 3 phase bus strung up across our shop.
Oh, my newest APO little used the word "obfuscate" in a sentence the other day (correctly no less). I need to get him a cookie.
Speaking of littles, the first weekend of November is the section 88 sectionals in RPI. Hopefully Denyce can attend. I'll have to get ahold of her. (or, you know, you can just respond to this since you have me on your friends list)
This weekend should prove to be fun as well. Soulia's halloween party is this weekend and I and Sid will be in attendance. With luck more will show for old time fun.
Now off to make an attempt at loading Kubuntu on my spare computer. Hopefully this will go better then Mandrake did.
