God damned, it just took me an hour and 20 minutes to clean my kitchen. I've been slacking off too much lately, so my apartment is a MESS!!! Today I woke up early, and decided to tackle it. Threw on an episode of the Skeptics Guide to the Universe (skeptical podcast, love it!) and it took me the entire episode to clean my kitchen. All of my bowls, tupperware (which I use in place of bowls when I am lazy and don't want to clean my dishes), spoons, forks, and glasses (I literally have about twenty glasses) were dirty. Holy shit!!! Well that's what I get for being lazy. So I cleaned them, and my poor stove got a cleaning too.

And then I realized after I am done mopping that the light is still on in the kitchen. I hate when I do that. I usually turn it off as I am mopping past it, so I don't waste electricity as I am letting the floor dry, because I hate stepping on a wet floor and possibly screwing up the mop job I just did. Plus also...Midnight needs to be fed; and the floor is still drying. Poor kitty is running around my legs going "FEED ME MOM, FEEEEED ME PLEEEAAASE!!!!"

Poor kitty.

I don't know if I am going to do my bed room, which is mostly laundry, today. Probably am. Well actually, it's not mostly laundry. Sigh. After I feed Midi and sit down for a couple of seconds, I'll blast Rammstein and start cleaning. Then after that it's just my living room and bathroom. The bathroom is actually not too bad. The living room? Jesus, when the hell did my living room get dirty?? My living room hardly ever gets messy, since I hardly use it (unless I am entertaining people). What the fuck?!

Anyways, provided we get tickets, we are going to NYC for the Rammstein concert. We don't care if we get the nosebleed section. We would lose our hearing if we got close tickets. So el'cheapo tickets for us. We're going to be staying at a hostile, which is like 40 bucks a night. Cheap! Then we will be taking a train down, saving a bit of gas money. Unfortunately we don't know if Joe will be able to come with us due to lack of vacation time; but he's trying. If not, it's just gonna turn into a sisters event. But...yey!!!!!

Umm...other than that, no other news. Work is going along decently. Nothing too horrible there. Job hunting is turning up zilch, of course, in this Buffalo economy. Jen's dress has been paid for and ordered. Just need to get Lacey's dress. Oh...and poke Becky. Woops!

Anyways, I'm gonna go run off and finish up the detail work in the kitchen (put rug back down, put mop away)

Edit: Oh!! I also lost seven or so pounds!!!!!! I was, at the beginning of last month, 237 (ugh, gross, I know) and now I'm down to 230. I think it's due to the no money diet. Eating Ramen, mashed potatoes (the kind that only require water), and my McDonald's free food. Horrible diet, I know, but since I hardly have any money, I'm eating at home once a day, and then eating at work. So essentially I am cutting down on my food intake. But hey, lost weight!!
