SNOW!!!....and a cold house

It finally snowed over where I live. ^.^ The mountain that I used to live at had snow ages ago, and its come down to the 'valley'. Only about a quarter of an inch, because the wind blew most of it away...now its all more like ice, but that's ok.
It's freezing cold everywhere I go. Even in the house I'm in at the moment. I have a little space heater, because this house is so old the heater is junkie. So I can see my breath while I typing...very fun. ^.^
Oh yah, and if someone happens to know the answer to this question, could you tell me.
