when i first started college, i wanted to get a degree in philosophy. despite having totally changed gears over the past few years, i think i shall aquire that degree after all. i don't think this will happen until i'm in my fourties, or perhaps fifties. i think i might like to teach instead of outright retirement. it would keep me engaged mentally, keep me busy with all sorts of things to do, and i think that will be an important aspect keeping myself happy when i'm older.
