God, how talented is this man?♥ The clown is Hisoka from the series HunterXHunter. For its two musicals they had the seiyuus for the five main characters perform and, yup, Takahashi-san gets to be this perverted crazy clown magician.xDDD
Here's a clip from one of the musicals, with Hisoka acting all pervy creepy on Gon (Takeuchi Junko--Lambo!) while singing, and then fighting/dancing afterwards.
