Oct 30, 2010 22:44

You guys know what day it is, right?

Okay...yes, it's October 30th in the real time zones. Don't be a smart ass. We're just going to go ahead and say it's the 31st for the sake of it. So lemme ask you again...

You guys know what day it is, right?

That's right!

It's Halloween and, in keeping with awful High School clichés, the Hitman High all purpose ( Read more... )

Guess who didn't mention the costume? /SHOT snarkfrog October 31 2010, 19:48:18 UTC
[Fran looked around the room wondering just where to begin. He wanted to document everything, but, had to be careful and not waste his film.

Oh, yeah, Fran's dressed as a reporter. It's really just a convenient excuse to walk around documenting everybody's humiliation exploits and gather blackmail material, but, it really works as a cute costume, too.
With the exception of his trusty (and recently retrieved it's been journeying with his troupe) 1930 C Model Leica, and a few canisters of film, nothing about the boy's outfit is out of the norm.

But, it's still a reporter costume because there's a camera even if it is an incredibly old one. Technophobia is awesome, okay?

Right. Time to get documenting.]

[Guess who's glad to see someone with a lazier costume than him?]

[Photo-op: Ka-click.

Yeah, Fran probably has the laziest costume here. He didn't even bother to put on a crown like Mammon. But, now that he's seen both you and Mammon with crowns, Fran kind'a wants one, too, so there can be three crown-wearing frogs wandering around the party]

Sempai.

Where did you get that museum piece from, froggy?

[He'd give you one if he had extra. But he doesn't. Sorry. :(]

Museum piece? [Fran looks at you strangely: his entire troupe's not exactly big on technology, so, the camera seems pretty normal to him.

Aww, darn! Maybe he'll make one out of paper later.]

Yeah, that thing is ancient. Aren't you supposed to be an advanced civilization?

[He better. It wouldn't be right for him to be left out~]

Yup. [But Fran's actually a complete technophobe, so, acting that out doesn't work so well...] But using modern-looking technology wouldn't be as fun. So, I have this. [Which totally explains why it has zero electronic components and records images to film.]

I guess that's true.

Isn't it annoying to develop the film, though?

No, not really. I don't have a darkroom or anything [seeing as he prettymuch lives out of a rucksack], so, it's just a matter of dropping off the film then picking it up.

Isn't it expensive, then?

What do you mean Fran's horrible? snarkfrog November 1 2010, 14:29:29 UTC
I claim it as a business expense, so, it turns out being free. [Performers need pictures of their shows, after all~]

... Bel is horrible, too cuzimaprince November 1 2010, 14:35:51 UTC
Oh, I see.

And it couldn't just be that you're attached to your old camera because you have no idea how new ones work.

Truly awful. snarkfrog November 1 2010, 18:05:42 UTC
[...new technology is...........................you might have just made Fran blanch a little.]

The decorations sure are nice, huh, Sempai.

They sure are~ So nice that I didn't even notice you changing the subject just there.

[That's okay, Bel. You can comment on the subject change--Fran'll just continue to change it. Anything to get away from the creepy soul-sucking digital age.]

Yeah. I kind'a wonder what's with the black and orange-theme, though. Doesn't it remind you of a tiger?
