You are so cut out for writing these two!! This was so incredible and heartbreaking and amazing-I love the twist you put on the story with it being Mark cheating on Derek, and the end seriously made me teary.

Oh WOW, you did a fabulous job with this pairing! I'm a pretty hardcore MerDer shipper, but I can't really say no to the pretty that is Derek/Mark ;) This was an awesome, unique take on the backstory of everyone's infidelity. Well done <3

Thank you! I'm totally a MerDer gal, too -- darn pairing drew me back to the show after I'd sworn it off in the hallucinating!Izzie-era -- but I'm glad you thought that this little idea worked; I wasn't entirely sure I could pull them off ;)
