I happened to be waiting at Kaiser today for a family member when I heard that they had the flu shot in stock. I'm now slightly (only slightly) achey in my joints, although honestly that could just as easily be because I'm pushing myself too hard. It was nice to be able to get the shot before I start my heavy fall travel schedule for a change.
On other fronts, I'm having fun configuring a new computer. My desktop is five years old - I still think that buying a good, but not cutting edge, machine is a deal in the long run. The last time I replaced a computer I didn't do much more than find the latest version of the software on the old machine. This time I'm trying to take the time to rethink each program, and thin out the herd.
