Cradlepoint

I was a big fan of the D-Link travel router that Kathy introduced me to, a bigger fan of the unit I got to replace it - the Cradlepoint CTR-350, and now I'm even more in love with the latest generation, the Cradlepoint CTR-35.

Not only does this let me share a wired connection like the D-Link, not only does it have a USB port and let me share my T-Mobile 3G stick over a local wifi hotspot, but the CTR-35 has two great new features: guest internet, so that in workshops I can share access with my users but keep them off the private network; and, wifi as WAN which lets the router attach to the internet via wifi and share that over the local hotspot.

What a great little toy. :)

Oh, and the T-Mobile "4G" Jet stick is pretty darned fast too.
