updateeeee!
So I haven't updated in a while, and instead of finishing my homework and studing for Part 1 of my english final tomorrow, I'm updating.
3 days of school left and then finals. These are probably going to be the 3 longest days all year. I know that last week was BRUTALLY long. And it's SO fucking hot in my school. We've been named one of the top schools in the country and our town was called by some magazine the 7th richest town in American, yet they still can't afford fucking air conditioning? How does that work?
So yeah, 3 days left..and LOTS to cover. We still haven't done 2 entire units in Chemistry because my teacher is horrible. I'm going to be so unbelievably screwed for the Regents, it's not even funny. *pouts* I don't want to fail the damn Regents!
Oh, so some other cool things happened this past week. The first is that I got The Jack Rose Award in Health. Jack Rose is this kid who 15 years ago got 100s on everything given in Health- all the projects, quizzes, and tests. And I did too. So we're like the only 2 kids in my teacher's 20 years of teaching that have done it and I'm the first person in 15 years to do it. So my whole class was like cheering for me and everything, lol. My teacher said he was going to make me an actual award over the weekend. Good stuff. Also, I got asked by the theater director to be the stage manager for the fall show, which is pretty cool and I'm honored to be asked like that. Hopefully I can work something out with drivers ed and take it on the weekends so that I can stage manage as well, because I'd really love to.
Now that I've stalled for a while, I think I should get back to work. Kelly will be on the NBA Finals in 30 minutes too. Woo!
